Hong Tian's elderly care business began in 2006 and was founded by Tianming Peng. The company currently operates and is planning more than 20 elderly care and nursing home projects in five locations: Shanghai, Huangshan in Anhui, Anqing in Anhui, Mile in Yunnan, Luxi in Yunnan, and Zunyi in Guizhou.

Developing the elderly care industry is the main goal of Hong Tian. With the care and support of leaders at all levels of government, Hong Tian has, after years of exploration, gradually embarked on a truly "integration of medical care and elderly care" path.

To adapt to the new economic situation, Hong Tian has formulated a new development plan: "Based in Shanghai, facing the whole country, using the concept of Internet Plus to develop Hong Tian's diversified industries, adapting to the 'new normal' of economic society, maintaining stability, and sustainable development."

1.Shanghai Pudong New Area Loving Senior Apartment was awarded the title of "Advanced Unit for Supporting the Military and Preferential Treatment for Families of Military Personnel" (2011). 2.Shanghai Sunset Senior Nursing Home was rated as a "Three-Star Medical Institution" (2013). 3.Shanghai Sunset Senior Nursing Home was awarded the title of "Shanghai Four-Star Integrity Building Enterprise" (2016). 4.Shanghai Hongtian Nursing Home was rated as a "National Compassionate Care Base" (2017). 5.Zunyi Huichuan Elderly Care Service Center in Guizhou and Mile Central Nursing Home in Yunnan were identified as the second batch of national public elderly care institution reform pilot units by the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the Development and Reform Commission (among which Zunyi Huichuan Elderly Care Service Center is the only elderly care institution in Guizhou rated as a public elderly care institution reform pilot) (2016). 6.Shanghai Hong Tian Nursing Home was rated as a "Three-Star Medical Unit" (2018). 7.Shanghai Hongtian Xiuning Elderly Care Home was included in the seventh batch of provincial service standardization pilot units in Anhui Province (2018).
 8.Shanghai Pudong New Area Loving Senior Apartment was selected as a "Shanghai First-Class Elderly Care Institution" (2018). 9.Zunyi Huichuan Hongtian Nursing Home was rated as a "Guizhou Provincial Medical and Elderly Care Integration Service Demonstration Unit" (2019).

1.Graduated from a major related to law, with a bachelor's degree or above, priority will be given to those who have passed the judicial examination, no work experience required (recent graduates are welcome to apply);
2.Possess strong logical thinking and adaptability, with excellent language and written expression skills;

4.Have good professional ethics and quality.

Draftsman
1.Full-time college degree or above.
2.Proficient in using relevant software such as CAD, PROE, and Photoshop.
3.Have some knowledge of engineering drawing, familiar with building structural diagrams, circuit diagrams, etc.
4.Possess good communication skills and team spirit, capable of communicating with personnel from different departments.

Administrative Assistant
1.College degree or above, majoring in Management, Information Management, Accounting, Law, or related fields.
2.Work is meticulous and serious, with a certain level of organization and logic.
3.Proficient in using office software such as Word and Excel, and capable of using the internet to search for information.
4.Skilled in using various office automation equipment, with a certain ability in text editing.
