External experts are hired from Renji Hospital affiliated with Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, Ninth People's Hospital, Huadong Hospital affiliated with Fudan University, and Fengcheng Branch of Ninth People's Hospital affiliated with Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. Experts from the aforementioned hospitals regularly visit for teaching, ensuring that patients can receive treatment for common diseases without leaving the nursing home and have access to specialized care for urgent and severe conditions.
