The elderly individual has normal logical thinking, experiences slight mobility issues, but is capable of self-care and has a few basic underlying health conditions.

1. Includes third-level service content.

2. Additional: Medication distribution.

3. Special circumstances: Assistance provided.

First Level

The elderly person has essentially normal cognitive function with slightly more underlying health conditions, and has limited mobility, facing difficulties in dressing and undressing, bathing, and using the toilet independently.

1. Includes second-level service content.

2. Assists the elderly with washing their face, wiping their body, shaving, and trimming fingernails and toenails.

3. Delivers meals to the room.

4. Helps the elderly to the bathroom by providing support.

Special Care (Level 1)

2100 per person

The elderly individual is bedridden or has more severe underlying health conditions, experiences incontinence, or has Alzheimer's disease but is still capable of walking.

1. Includes first-level service content.

2. Cleans up urine and feces, promptly changes diapers and clothing, washes the buttocks, and maintains body cleanliness.

3. Turns the elderly every two hours to prevent bedsores from occurring.

Special Care (Level 2)

2500 per person

The elderly person is bedridden for an extended period, has difficulty swallowing, requires assistance with drinking water and eating, and may need food to be processed further or administered through a nasogastric tube. They suffer from severe Alzheimer's disease and have lost the ability to take care of themselves safely.

1. Includes Special Care Level 1 service content.

2. For elderly individuals with severe Alzheimer's disease, short-term use of safety belts or restraints may be necessary when required.

3. Provides nasogastric feeding services.
